Line-ups confirmed for Carabao Cup quarter-final

Tottenham take on Manchester United for a place in the Carabao Cup semi-finals on Thursday.

The duo are looking to join Liverpool, Arsenal and Newcastle in the final four, with both desperate to bolster their seasons with a triumph in the cup.

Adding a seventh League Cup win would be an excellent start to Ruben Amorim’s reign as United boss, while Ange Postecoglou is looking to end Spurs’ 16-year trophy drought since winning this competition in 2008.

Spurs come into the clash off the back beating Southampton 5-0 on Sunday night, with the Red Devils dramatically beating rivals Manchester City 2-1 on the same day.
